In a way, I'm glad to get outta that Wilderness and back up into my hole in the tree. Seen more splinters that week than I care to ever see again. And fish hooks stuck in places they shouldn't be. And burns from someone who got too close to the campfire to make s'mores (which are really good, yeah).

Things'll be back to normal once I get all these leaves outta the livin' room.

Well, look at it this way. You really got a good taste of summer camp, and now you've learned just how many possible places splinters and fish hooks can go.

True, though can't say I really wanted to know that information, yeah.

I suppose such things are to be expected if many people do not have experience with an outdoor environment. I suspect many are relieved that we can return home.

Yeah, I'd agree with ya there.

I'm pretty sure a lot of 'em are
Fish hooks? Where the heck did you get a fishhook stuck?

I didn't, thankfully, though I had a few patients who did.

Oh, gotcha! The way you said it, I thought you just had the worst luck ever.

So, what, you're a doctor?
