Dear Sphere,

Havin' weird dreams ain't a medical issue. That includes my usual patient. She's gotta be a hypochondriac. Comes in, swearin' up 'n down that she's hallucinatin'. Nope, just weird dreams. Been hearin' that's been goin' on a lot lately. Heard a few but wouldn't mind hearin' 'bout a few more.

Don't sleep much so nothin' here. Prolly the coffee.

At least the rainbow sheep're gone.

It is the dreams again. We are having each others', I think. I have already confirmed two being someone else's.

Yes, it seems several are dreaming other dreams. I've only recognized one so far.
