Gotta say, while the explosions last week were definitely annoyin', this outfit is rankin' up there on the annoyin' scale. Tight outfit, weird shoes, cape? Didn't we go through this before?

Anyone got any idea where these notes're comin' from or is this the fishbowl bein' dumb again? Has anyone actually seen a gray man?

Could be worse, yeah? 'least I get to wear my usual clothes, not some strange outfit, though I gotta admit, runnin' 'round in a cape was pretty entertainin'.

So I was just doin' the regular business at work and alluva sudden, this plant springs up and starts gnawin' on my arm. I'm fully expectin' to lose my arm to this toothy plant but it's made outta rubber! Still is annoyin, yanno? So I lit it on fire. What else would a guy with fire magic do? Now I've got this melted mess and three more gnawin' plants. Geez. Can't a guy get a break? There's enough goin' on that I don't need rubber plants gnawin' on my arm. Who thinks up giant rubber plants with teeth anyway?

NOTE: lavi is supposedly quite multi-lingual (nearly 30 languages in my headcanon) so if you're speaking an earth-language and are fine with him understanding you, let me know. he does speak english in the series though :D ]

That mall wilderness sure was great. I got to about 1,000 books before I heard the darn thing changed. Sure woulda liked to have taken the rest back. There had to be over 300,000 books there. 'least I got the sections I wanted. Fantasy, medical, psychology, linguistic dictionaries, comic books, cooking, and several history books (though only two books actually made it home).

And I got to take a few stacks home before I got locked outta the house. Even got somethin' called an "Urban Dictionary." This thing's filled with moonspeak! I could almost host a whole library in my bedroom at this point. Good thing I got shelves at the furniture store so the house doesn't look quite a mess.

On another note, I see new people! Looks like the fishbowl's kidnappin' people again. To all the new ones, yo, I'm Bookman, but most everyone calls me Rabbit, a junior medic here ♥

Man, I'm gonna miss that buffet. Sure was great havin' all that food at all hours of the day. Everything I could imagine! Prolly shoulda taken more of that coffee. I dunno what they put in that stuff that made it so absolutely irresistable. Whatever the Wilderness is, it sure sounds pretty fancy. Kinda curious to see what it is. Who wants to go check it out?
